Following strict ethical considerations, we make sure our hair is sourced directly from the local hair collection office, donors, and certified suppliers.
The hair material is gently hand washed to ensure cuticles are intact and the hair is healthy when made into hair products. Afterward, we air dry the hair.
After drying the hair, we discard short hairs to ensure fuller hair volume from top to the ends by retaining longer, healthier hairs.
To ensure consistent quality, we weigh in every bundle and add an additional 10% more weighing to avoid weight loss in the production process, then store them for processing.
After health and gentle hair preparation, we will conduct further hair processing to manufacture hair products including hair bundles, wigs and more.
Do not underestimate simple hair bundles manufacturing, as sewing is the key to keeping the bundles from shedding hair. With advanced sewing machines and techniques, we make hair bundles accurately within short periods.
After three-needle sewing, hair bundles are subjected to double weft sewing to ensure no shedding of hair and minimal short hairs.
Hair bundles are cut and weighed by workers to ensure every bundle meets the same quality standards and are prepared for wave forming.
We form waves on the hair through an oven that applies gentle heat treating. As chemicals are rarely used, the cuticles remain healthy and natural.
Hair is washed more than 10 times and is air-dried by natural wind, maintaining the quality of the hair locks.
Every lace wig is hand made by workers with decades of experience, resulting in exquisitely made wigs, lace closures, and frontal shaped perfectly within industry standards. Every knot made for our wigs displays the precision and quality of our craftsmen.
Allocate the proportion of hair based on the type of wig to be manufactured to ensure the fidelity of the wig and retain the quality of the hair.
Using a crochet hook to the hair on the tiny lace mesh, a closure can be completed in as fast as three days to deliver good quality.
We then sew the hair bundles to the wigs layer by layer according to the matching ratio and to ensure that sewing seams are not clearly seen.
After, we trim the hair according to the wig type and style the hairs to make our wigs more natural and appealing to wear instantly.
Before delivery and exposing our wigs to the elements, we carry out a full inspection process after production. Such processes include shedding check, bundle weight check, length check, gray hair checking and other tests that determine how ready our wigs are for widespread use.
